• Account: your name, email and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile picture. If you use an email code, just your email.
• Listings: the links you give us, and the photos and details on those pages, including any names and contact details shown there.
• Your profile: what you tell us, plus what we read from links you give us and public pages about you, such as your brokerage site, Zillow, your social media and client reviews. This can include your name, photo, logo, phone number, sales record and bio.
• Voice: if you clone your voice, your recording and the cloned voice made from it.
• Face: photos of you, your height if you give it, and the avatar pictures and videos we make from them.
• Your videos, and the scripts and choices behind them.
• Payment: your plan, your payment status and Stripe’s customer reference. Stripe collects your card and billing address; we don’t see your full card number.
• Technical data: your IP address, used to limit free listing reads and protect the service, and standard server logs.

• To run your account, make your videos and take payment: this is needed for our contract with you. Without this data we can’t provide the service.
• To read public information about you and your listings, keep the service secure and prevent abuse: our legitimate interests in providing a useful, safe service.
• To clone your voice: your consent, which you give when you tick the box before recording. You can withdraw it at any time by removing your cloned voice or emailing us.
• To keep tax and accounting records: our legal obligations.

We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising. We don’t make decisions about you by automated means that have legal or similarly significant effects.

We use your voice and face only to make your videos, and don’t use them to identify anyone. You choose whether to provide them.

• Cloned voice: we delete it from our voice provider when you remove it, when you use “Delete my data”, or after your subscription ends.
• Your avatar: “Delete my data” removes it from your account.
• Original recordings, photos and stored avatar files: email [email protected] and we will delete them. In any case, we delete them no later than 3 years after you last use Vidroof.

We share data only with the providers that help us run Vidroof, and only what each one needs:

• Stripe: payments, tax and fraud checks. Stripe is responsible for its own use of payment data as merchant of record.
• Google: signing in with Google.
• Resend: sending sign-in codes by email.
• Anthropic: reading listings and profiles, and writing scripts.
• ElevenLabs: voices and narration, including cloned voices.
• fal and Runware: making images and video, including your avatar. They run AI models from other companies.
• ZenRows, Serper and ScrapeCreators: reading public web pages and social profiles.
• Our hosting provider: running the site and storing data.

We may also share data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

Some of these providers are outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. For those transfers we rely on an EU adequacy decision, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or on the EU’s standard contractual clauses. Email us for a copy of the safeguards.

• Account, profile, listings and videos: while your account is open. You can ask us to delete them at any time, and the “Delete my data” button in the Settings of your Profile page removes your profile. Your videos stay unless you ask us to delete them too.
• Voice and face: as described above.
• Payment and tax records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Technical data: only as long as needed for security and limits.

Providers may keep copies for a limited time under their own terms.

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or send it to you or another company in a portable format. You can also object to our use of it based on legitimate interests.

To do any of this, email [email protected]. We reply within one month. We won’t treat you differently for using these rights.

You can also complain to a data protection authority. Ours is the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus, or you can go to the authority where you live.

We use a cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser may store your work in progress. Both are needed for Vidroof to work. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages.

Vidroof is for adults working in real estate. It isn’t meant for anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email.
